Painting take two!!

Before painting....the fun part. Taping, cutting in.

The finished product. Jonathan and I did a good job. None much on the ceiling...major accomplishment. I will post more pics once we get the furniture back where it goes. Yeah..Job well done!!

Painting take one!

Last thursday while the kids were at VBS I painted the downstairs bathroom. I love it. It definitely is better than the baby vomit green that I painted in there last year.

Cuddlebugs!

One night last week Emily asked if she could sleep in Jackson's bed. I told her yes (planning on moving her to her bed once she fell asleep.) When I went upstairs this is what I found...to cute. Jackson got in bed with her and went to sleep. They grow up too fast!!

Basketball Camp Awards

Micah attended Knoxville Christian Basketball Camp this week. (the same bball camp I went to as a youngster). He had blast and has already asked to attend a second week this summer. Way to go Micah!!

Blueberry Picking!

After our gymnastics time, we went blueberry picking. The kids thought it was so fun...during all the fun we were having, Micah had at basketball camp all week. He was not missing out I promise.

Gymnastic's Time

Although it looks like I only took Emily to Tatarus' to free play today, Jackson went too. He wouldn't be still in one place long enough for a photo. They had a great time. Emily is very excited that she will be starting gymnastics in August. She looked really cute in her leotard too!!

Loudoun County Fireworks

For the evening of the 4th we had a family cookout at our house and then headed to the Loudoun County Park for some fun, food, and fireworks. The kids had a blast. They had free hayrides, food vendors, and fireworks.
Jackson dunked him on the 2nd throw.
Micah was a little over zealous and threw the ball way over the target. Nobody can argue the kid has an arm on him.
Jonthan only had 1 request..a funnel cake. As you can tell he enjoyed it.
How cute. Somehow Micah evaded pictures for the evening.
Aren't the fireworks amazing. My camera did a great job capturing the layers of colors.

4th of July Parade

Yes I am finally posting again. On the 4th we went to the town of Farragut Parade. The kids had a great time. They especially loved catching the candy being thrown from the floats. Happy Independence day ya'll!!
A true patriot!!

Micah in my sunglassess..a little too hollywood!
