A little visit to the Vet School Open House

My pal Erica is in vet school at UT. She invited us to the open house this weekend. The kids had a great time. They got to see all kinds of large and small animals and learn some really interesting things. Thanks Erica...we plan on coming back next year.
Skeleton of elephant foot...it was huge.
Emily, Micah, and Jackson actually sitting together for a picture outside of the vet school.

Jackson doing an ultrasound of a cow's uterus trying to find the "baby."

The kids standing in front of the skeleton of a horse.

Horse intestine..it was way cool.

Easter Morning

I love this picture of my family....daddy is so handsome and God has blessed us with beautiful children. I pray that they grow up to serve Him and be men and women of faith.
Mommy and her young-ins.

The kids were very excited about the Easter baskets as you can see. When asking Emily what Easter really means she told me.."the hammered Jesus on the cross and then he died. Then they put him in the cave...when the big rock was moved Jesus was gone...and now Jesus lives in my heart.". Not an exact quote, but she summed it up pretty well for a 3yr old. Now Jesus lives in MY heart!!!!!
